As a fun and creative way to explain what exactly Genius Hour is, we were introduced to the wonderful program that is PowToon. With so many different ways to create original cartoons in what is essentially a slideshow format, I was able to quickly explain Genius Hour with some cute visuals along the way!
I have seen Powtoon used in other instructional formats, and I have to say, it is one of my favourite ways to deliver information, especially for younger grades. While it does take some time to put together and to customize exactly how you want it, as you can see, the end product is definitely worth it!
